Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Package: $200/hr, approximate 0.6 pph (per hour)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide emergency care at a low-volume, critical access hospital setting
• Manage a broad range of emergency cases with minimal specialty support
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with a general surgeon on call
• Oversee pregnancy-related complaints, bypassing ER for OB patients over 20 weeks
• Document patient encounters and ensure seamless care delivery
• Participate in hospital emergency protocols and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

• Active medical license in Texas
• Board-certified or eligible in ABEM, ABPS, or IM/FM with ED experience
• Minimum of 1 year of emergency medicine or urgent care experience
• Ability to work independently in a critical access hospital setting
