The Position
We need an organized, tech-savvy Property Manager with at least two years of market-rate property experience.
Key Responsibilities
Keep occupancy high and community thriving.
Lead resident relations and handle lease management.
Oversee rent collections and property upkeep.
Ensure safety and security for everyone on site.
Partner with local police, fire departments, and officials.
Guide and monitor your team's success.
