Store Manager in Training: Fast-Track to Leadership

CVS Health is seeking candidates for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This development-focused role is designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through 16 weeks of self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on experiences. You’ll be supported by a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to develop as a leader and be ready for promotion to store management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
