Client Advisor (Hybrid)

Office: 195 Broadway, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10007 Compensation: $27/hour Employment Type: Temporary Start Date: August 30, 2026 End Date: January 9, 2027 Openings: 3 Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days in office We are seeking polished and customer-focused Client Advisors to join a team in a dynamic client-facing environment. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to provide an elevated client experience. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships Provide a high level of customer service and support Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and account needs Communicate professionally across phone, email, and other channels Maintain accurate client information and follow established processes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience Support day-to-day client service and operational needs Schedule The team operates on a 7-day schedule with two shifts: Early Shift: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM Late Shift: 11:30 AM–8:30 PM Late shifts and weekends will be worked from home 3 days per week in office Qualifications Previous experience in client services, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional and polished demeanor Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working a rotating 7-day schedule Spanish fluency required for 1 of the 3 openings Interview Process In-person interview at 195 Broadway, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10007 Dress Code: Business Casual This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong client-facing experience who enjoys building relationships and providing a high level of service in a professional environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
