BREAKFAST ATTENDANT (WEEKENDS ONLY)

Job Details Job Location: Residence Inn Houston West Energy Corridor - Houston, TX 77077 Position Type: Part Time Job Shift: Day Responsibilities Set up the buffet before guests begin arriving for breakfast. Display the food and beverages in an organized and attractive manner. Clean area around buffet by wiping, sweeping, and/or mopping. May clean off tables prior to guest arrival. Set out plates, cups, bowls, utensils, and napkins for guests to use. Prepare coffee and/or tea by established standards. Keep juices and other perishables such as butter and yogurt chilled or on ice. Frequently check for low food supply. Efficiently replenish with food, beverages, and/or supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the buffet area throughout the morning by reorganizing and tidying food area as necessary. Properly dispose of used plates, utensils, napkins and/or cups as necessary. Remove and dispose of leftover food at the end of the breakfast shift. Clean buffet area according to established standards. Ensure inventory is stocked and properly stored prior to the next day's shift. Keep daily or weekly records of foods used and consumed (may be required). May be responsible for keeping inventory stocked by ordering additional food and/or supplies as needed. Greet guests and accommodate special requests as needed. Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress. Follow company policies and procedures. Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Qualifications Food and beverage experience preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
