Workday Hcm Analyst/Lead
Location: Charlotte, NC / Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid 3-Days onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months on W2
Consultant Type: W2 only
Job Summary: This position will be on the Core HCM Workday product team. This person will be a key partner with business and product stakeholders to gather/refine requirements, assist with development, and complete UAT testing prior to release. Excellent communication is a must as they will be working closely with executive-level employees, as well as the product team.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role
- Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing
- Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time)
- Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
- Prior Workday certification
- Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations
