Salary Range: $44.00 - $51.06

Shift Differential: Additional $2.00 for Evening & Night Shifts

Available Schedules:

• Full-Time Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (includes weekend work)
• Part-Time Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Tuesday & Saturday only)
• PRN: Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts

Our facilities operate as Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) that offer:

• Long-term care for residents needing ongoing skilled support and compassionate daily assistance
• Short-term, sub-acute rehabilitation for individuals recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
• Collaborative care through a team-based approach involving nursing, therapy, and medical staff
• Diverse patient demographics including those with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs

The patient mix may vary slightly by facility. As a therapy professional, you will assist patients in achieving functional improvements and enhancing their quality of life within a supportive, patient-focused setting.

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication. You will provide care and services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions. Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Current licensure/registration in the applicable state; must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment
• Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment
