What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be a key support partner for both customers and internal teams—helping ensure orders are accurate, timely, and processed without issues from start to finish.
You’ll:
- Enter and process customer sales orders with a high level of accuracy
- Support customers with order updates, product details, pricing, delivery, and substitutions
- Provide helpful product and accessory information when appropriate
- Coordinate with internal departments to keep orders moving smoothly
- Use customer relationship tools to support daily order management
- Assist with invoicing and other customer service tasks as needed
- Help ensure a complete and positive customer experience from order to delivery

- Communicate clearly and professionally (phone, email, and internal teams)
- Stay organized while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Are comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and basic Excel)
- Are willing to learn new systems and tools quickly
- Bring a dependable, team-first attitude
Basic Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–3 years of customer service, admin, order entry, or office support experience preferred
- Retail or call center experience is a plus
Pay & Schedule
- $22.00 per hour
- Monday – Friday
- ⏰ 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- On-site position
Work Environment
- Office-based role with a moderate noise level
- Primarily seated work with occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Fast-paced but supportive team environment
- Structured, process-driven workflow where accuracy matters
