Unit: Physical Therapy
Shift Detail: 8A-5P
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift/Workdays: 8A-5P
Weekend Shifts: 2 per month
Call Requirements: To be discussed during interview
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs.
Special Skills/Experience Required: 2 Years +
Unit Specifics:
Start time is no later than 8:00 a.m.
Must work two weekend shifts a month with a day off during the week
Documentation system: Meditech
Floating Policy: As needed
Hiring Profile Requested Skill Set:
Must have: In-Patient Rehab and/or hospital experience
Active OT License (no temp license allowed)
Procedures performed on unit: In-patient Rehab Occupational Therapy neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatments Acute (Ortho, Tele and ICU) evaluations & treatments
Dress Code:
Scrub Color: Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pant, sage green scrub jacket. White or black undershirts only
Nail Policy: Clean and Healthy
Hair: Neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors
Beard/Mustache/Sideburns: Clean and neatly trimmed
Tattoos: Body art should be covered whenever possible
Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
Unit Guidelines/Policies:
