Minimum Requirements

Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. (Client requires Master‘s as minimum.)
Active Physical Therapist license in Maryland is required to start the assignment.
Professional certification required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Home health experience preferred, including admission assessments, therapy evaluations, discharge assessments, and routine follow-up visits.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating with patient providers preferred.
Ability to cover service areas including Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester, and Queen Anne‘s counties preferred.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Home Health.
Shift Name: Evenings.
Shift Details: Evenings 2000-0400.
Weekly Hour Guarantee: 36 hours per week.
On Call/Weekend Requirement: No.
Travel requirement: Visits conducted across multiple counties within the service area; mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient.
