Sales Director (Full Time)

Position Details Senior Living Director – Full Time. Location: Wentzville, Missouri. Starting salary $59,000 – $74,360. Bonus opportunity up to $4,000 per month. Shift schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with rotating weekends. Address: 785 Henry Ave, Ballwin, MO 63011. Responsibilities Develop close relationships to support potential residents and families in difficult conversations about next-step solutions. Help leads and families problem-solve by shedding light on community options that suit their needs. Monitor and drive community occupancy through awareness of move‑ins, move‑outs, and vacancies, and assist Executive Directors in retaining residents. Ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. English proficiency at 12th‑grade level. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Positive and energetic attitude committed to resident care. Professional appearance and conduct. Ability to follow directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills. Criminal clearance. Good health, physical and mental capability to perform assigned tasks; health screening within six months of employment. Negative tuberculosis test at time of health screening.
