Greenville, North Carolina, Neurologist Opportunity

A growing neuroscience program in Greenville, North Carolina is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist with fellowship training in Cognitive Disorders, Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry, or Geriatric Neurology to join its expanding practice. 

This established 9-hospital healthcare system serves 29 counties and more than 1.4 million people throughout eastern North Carolina. Greenville, home to more than 90,000 residents, offers an exceptional quality of life and is conveniently located 80 miles east of Raleigh and 80 miles west of the North Carolina coast.

• Opportunity Highlights
• Academic appointment available at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Professor
• Hospital privileges at a 974-bed Level I Trauma Center and the only Comprehensive Stroke Center in eastern North Carolina
• Primarily outpatient-focused practice with occasional inpatient responsibilities related to residency program attending duties
• Dedicated support from an experienced Nurse Practitioner focused on cognitive patient care
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No call responsibilities
• Opportunity to participate in an ACGME-accredited Neurology Residency Program
• On-site resources including infusion suite, in-office lab, EEG, EMG, nerve conduction studies, and ALS clinic
