Manpower is hiring a Customer Returns Specialist to support operations at Acushnet Company, the global leader in golf ball production and the proud maker of Titleist - the #1 ball in golf.

By ensuring customer returns are handled accurately and efficiently, you play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards Titleist is known for worldwide.

Location: Lakeville, MA

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift - 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Position Overview

The Customer Returns Specialist is responsible for managing customer returns related to Titleist products. This role ensures all returns are processed accurately, documentation is maintained, and customers receive timely and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Returns Verify eligibility, complete return transactions, and issue refunds or exchanges in accordance with company policy.

• Customer Communication Respond to customer inquiries regarding returns, provide updates, and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.

• Documentation & Recordkeeping Maintain accurate and detailed records of all returns, including reasons, timelines, and customer information.

• Follow Established Procedures Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with all returns-related processes and guidelines.

• Team Support (as applicable) Assist with training or guiding team members in higher-level roles or as experience grows.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellent service

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to manage data/records
