Looking for more than just another job?

TradeSTAR is hiring Entry-Level Low Voltage Installers to work on commercial construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex . No previous low-voltage experience is required-we're looking for dependable people who want to learn a skilled trade with real long-term career opportunities.

You'll work alongside experienced technicians helping install the technology that powers modern buildings, including internet networks, security systems, access control, fire alarm systems, cameras, and audio-visual equipment.

What You'll Do

As an Apprentice Technician, you'll receive hands-on training while assisting with the installation of:

  • Voice & Data Network Cabling
  • Fiber Optic Cabling
  • Security & Access Control Systems
  • Fire Alarm Systems
  • Audio-Visual Systems
You'll learn how to:
  • Pull and route cable throughout commercial buildings
  • Install devices and equipment
  • Read construction drawings and blueprints
  • Safely use hand and power tools
  • Follow industry standards and job site safety practices
  • Work alongside experienced technicians on active construction projects

Who We're Looking For
  • No low-voltage experience required
  • Construction, warehouse, landscaping, roofing, electrical, HVAC, military, or mechanical experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working with hand tools and in physically active environments
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • Willing to travel to commercial job sites throughout the DFW Metroplex
