Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of each client.

  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and progress.

  • Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and strategies for follow-up; iterate these plans based on client progress and feedback.

  • Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to refine client treatment strategies.

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans while minimizing paperwork to focus on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal therapist will primarily work with clients coping with substance abuse and a range of co-occurring mental health disorders. You will engage with diverse individuals and families, each facing unique challenges on their mental health journeys. This role emphasizes building a strong therapeutic rapport to help clients improve their emotional and relational health.

Qualifications\n

  • Education: A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.

  • Licensure: Active and unencumbered licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, with a strong foundation in problem-solving and critical thinking.

Preferred Experience\n
