ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency 25 years ago, after starting my career with State Farm back in February of 1989. I grew up locally in the Bellevue area, earned my Economics degree from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, and stayed active growing up playing basketball and soccer. Today, I'm a proud parent of two grown kids who live nearby, and we also have two dogs that keep life fun.

Our agency has a team of six employees, and we've built a culture that feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of. We love celebrating birthdays, holidays, and work anniversaries together, and our office always feels festive and connected throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Becky Schuler - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
