Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult ICU

Location: New York, NY

Shift: Night Shift

Position Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for Adult ICU units in a large acute care hospital. Candidates will be assigned to units based on experience and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in Adult ICU settings
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Respond effectively to changes in patient condition
• Maintain high standards of patient safety and infection control
• Deliver care with minimal orientation and supervision

Requirements:

• Active New York State RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent ICU experience within the past 2 years
• Experience in Level I or Level II Trauma Centers required
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Experience in hospitals of similar or greater size required
• Must pass background check, drug screening, and health clearance

Additional Information:

• Every other weekend required
• Some holidays required
• Set schedules and extended time-off requests may not be accommodated
