Primary Care Assistant

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Assistant - LPN to join our Float Pool supporting clinics across the Midwest. In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care, including vital signs, injections, wound care, and medication administration, while assisting providers with exams and procedures. You’ll update and manage EHR documentation, support care coordination, and educate patients on treatment plans. As part of Mercy’s collaborative culture, you’ll adapt to varied practice settings, contribute to quality improvement, and grow through ongoing training and development opportunities.
