Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies that align with organizational goals. Create and edit engaging content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, and press releases. Support the execution of internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across departments. Conduct research to identify trends and insights that can inform our communication efforts. Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop creative communication campaigns. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling. Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing principles. Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure communication performance.
