On Site Property Manager (Bilingual)

Job Description

The On Site Property Manager plays a critical role in managing a single Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property, ensuring smooth daily operations and tenant satisfaction. This self-managed position involves direct reporting to the regional manager or property owner, focusing on maintaining compliance, coordinating vendors, and fostering positive tenant relations within the community.

Responsibilities

Manage tenant relations and address concerns promptly
Administer leases and ensure accurate documentation
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs
Conduct regular property inspections for compliance and upkeep
Resolve conflicts effectively and professionally
Screen potential tenants to ensure eligibility
Monitor compliance with LIHTC and other regulatory requirements
Communicate fluently in two languages to serve diverse tenant populations

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in property management
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong skills in tenant relations and conflict resolution
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Effective time management skills
