Deburrer

Manufacturer of complex assemblies and systems solutions to aircraft and engine manufacturers, and defence and space agencies worldwide is hiring for a Deburrer for their manufacturing operations. Qualified candidates should have experience working in and around machine shops , military and defense environments a plus.  Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm $25-28 an hour  Resume required Green Card or US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Perform deburring operations on aerospace components using hand tools, power tools, and precision machinery.
• Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, and other imperfections, and remove them in accordance with engineering specifications.
• Work with various materials, including aluminum, titanium, and composite materials, while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and production personnel to optimize deburring processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain deburring equipment and tools, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness to uphold quality standards.
• Document deburring activities, including inspection results and any deviations from specifications, accurately and comprehensively.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.
