Senior Social Content Producer / Strategist Responsibilities: Develop and manage a content calendar and overarching themes for social media campaigns. Decide on the content mix, including topics, formats, and posting strategies, aligning with performance data. Coordinate with editors, systems, and tools to produce consistent, high-quality content across platforms. Optimize existing top-performing content and implement new ideas to enhance engagement and revenue. Track weekly metrics and use analytics to refine content strategies and meet growth targets. Senior Social Content Producer / Strategist Qualifications: 5 to 8+ years of experience managing and scaling social accounts in fashion, beauty, or wellness sectors. Demonstrated success through portfolio case studies showing growth metrics and content performance. Comfortable managing a high-volume content environment and directing teams or vendors. Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on tasks as needed. Willing to participate in a paid work sample and live working session to demonstrate skills.
