24 - 32 hr RN Case Manager - VNA Home Health Care - Arlington & Belmont Area

VNA Care is hiring a Case Manager RN to join our team for 24-32 hours per week. This position will cover patient visits in the Arlington and Belmont areas. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the medical attention, support, and services they need to thrive. Salary range : $86,000 - $129,00 for a full-time schedule, would need to adjust for a part time schedule.
