Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN)Positions Available: Full-Time / Part-Time / Per Diem Shifts: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7amQualifications:Massachusetts License (Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse)Long-term care experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and teamwork skillsCompassionate, resident-focused attitudePosition Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct personal care to residents, monitors health and vitals, administers medications, and maintains accurate documentation. The Licensed Practical Nurse collaborates with Registered Nurses and Unit Managers to ensure residents' care plans are properly executed. The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care, observes and monitors resident health, administers treatments, and consults with Unit Managers and the Director of Nursing regarding clinical needs. The Registered Nurse ensures all care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered NurseAdminister medications, IVs, wound care, and other treatments as neededObserve, document, and report changes in resident conditionCollaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident-centered careMentor and support Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, and CNAsEnsure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulationsParticipate in care planning, admissions, discharges, and transitions of careWhy Join Us?
