Our client is a family-owned manufacturer, who is known for their strong culture and long-tenured workforce, that has been serving customers for nearly 50 years.The Customer Service Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers and plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for assisting customers with product information, order management, shipping inquiries, and service-related requests while maintaining professional and timely communication.In this role, you'll work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives on developing strong customer relationships that foster long-term business partnerships.
