Summary DescriptionResponsible for executing critical functions within the Deposit Operations division, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency in daily operations. Essential FunctionsTrack and file either digitally or physically required documents pertaining to deposit accountsPerform deposit maintenance on core system and auxiliary software systemsProcess and support card functions Process and support IRA functions Process wire transfer requests Process exception items including but not limited to deposit non-post, incoming returns and ACH disputes Perform quality control reviews on all deposit functions Review and/or work periodic deposit reports Adherence to all regulatory compliance policies and proceduresProvide exceptional customer service to both customers and branchesPosition RequirementsHigh School diploma or GEDMinimum 6-12 months general banking or equivalent experience preferredDemonstrated proficiency in computer skills, including Word and ExcelKnowledge of bank reconcilement procedures preferredWork is generally performed indoors in environmentally controlled conditionsTypically, the employee may sit to perform the work.
