Marketing Campaign & Strategy Manager

Sobre el rol Buscamos una persona apasionada por el marketing estratégico que disfrute construir campañas desde la idea hasta la ejecución, conectando creatividad, negocio y datos. No buscamos únicamente alguien que coordine campañas; buscamos a quien quiera participar en la construcción de un área de marketing más estratégica, con foco en crecimiento, automatización y toma de decisiones basada en información. Trabajarás de manera cercana con los equipos de CRM, BI y Diseño, para desarrollar campañas integrales que impulsen el crecimiento de la compañía. Responsabilidades Diseñar la estrategia de campañas comerciales y de marca para distintos canales. Construir calendarios comerciales y planes de marketing de corto, mediano y largo plazo. Desarrollar conceptos estratégicos para campañas de adquisición, retención y reactivación. Coordinar campañas 360° entre equipos internos y proveedores externos. Definir objetivos, audiencias, mensajes y KPIs de cada campaña. Detectar oportunidades comerciales y convertirlas en iniciativas de marketing. Colaborar con equipos de Business Intelligence para utilizar insights en la planeación. Trabajar junto al equipo creativo para asegurar coherencia entre estrategia y ejecución. Dar seguimiento al desempeño de campañas y proponer optimizaciones continuas, con influencers, afiliados y proveedores Lo que buscamos 4+ años de experiencia en marketing estratégico o planeación de campañas. Experiencia trabajando en agencias de marketing, publicidad o medios desarrollando estrategias para múltiples clientes. Capacidad para convertir objetivos de negocio en planes de marketing accionables. Experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios. Conocimiento de campañas digitales, CRM, redes sociales, performance y branding. Pensamiento analítico orientado a resultados. Excelente comunicación y habilidades de presentación. Si además conoces la industria del iGaming o has trabajado con marcas de entretenimiento digital, definitivamente queremos conocerte. Será un gran plus si tienes experiencia en Industria de casinos online, apuestas deportivas o iGaming. Empresas de alto volumen de campañas promocionales. CRM Marketing (Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot o similares). Growth Marketing. Automatización de marketing. Experimentación y A/B Testing.
