Hiring MIG Welders - pay up to $30/hour.  

Shop Floor | 2nd Shift (2–10 p.m.) / 3rd Shift (10 p.m.–6 a.m.)

• Set up machines & operate wire feed welding equipment.
• Perform MIG welds on steel up to 1 inch thick.
• Multi‑pass welds including 3‑pass welds to meet standards.
• Read blueprints & apply GD&T for accuracy.
• Inspect welds for quality & make adjustments.
• Follow safety with proper PPE & clean workspace.

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience on heavy gauge steel.
• Proficiency in stainless & mild steel welding.
• Ability to interpret blueprints & fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Strong safety focus & attention to detail.

This is a Permanent position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
