What you will do Execution & Delivery

• Drive cross‑functional programs from scoping to launch
• Define milestones, manage timelines, track dependencies
• Unblock teams and elevate risks proactively

Technical Coordination

• Translate between engineering and business stakeholders
• Understand technical trade‑offs to make informed prioritization calls
• Own technical roadmaps and release plans

Process & Communication

• Run planning ceremonies (kickoffs, reviews, retrospectives)
• Maintain status updates and program documentation
• Ensure alignment across eng, product, design, and leadership

Risk Management

• Identify and mitigate schedule, scope, and technical risks early
• Track open issues and drive them to resolution

Stakeholder Management

• Be the single point of contact for program‑level questions
• Communicate upward to leadership on health/status
