Our clinic utilizes modern tools and technology to aid in patient assessments and documentation, enriching your practice experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Benchmark PT Clinic, your daily tasks will include:Conducting comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients with orthopedic concerns.Developing individualized treatment plans based on each patient's specific needs and evaluation results.Implementing targeted therapies and interventions, monitoring patients' progress, and adjusting treatment as necessary.Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and nursing staff, to streamline patient care and ensure continuity.Educating patients and their families regarding treatment protocols and home care strategies to enhance recovery.Maintaining accurate documentation and communication through electronic medical records while adhering to professional standards.Participating in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote the clinic and engage with the local community.Providing leadership and mentorship to support staff and clinical practitioners in their professional development.Patient Population / Client FocusOur patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic muscular-skeletal conditions. You will work with a wide age range of clients, tailoring your approach to meet diverse cultural backgrounds and physical abilities. We emphasize compassionate care, ensuring that every person feels valued and understood throughout their recovery journey.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.A valid State License in Physical Therapy.BLS certification is mandatory.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside proficient computer and word processing capabilities.Preferred ExperienceWhile not mandatory, prior experience in an orthopedic setting is preferred.
