Client Delivery Executive

The Client Delivery Executive is accountable for:· Management of Service Delivery Quality to all Business Unit clients.· Ensures Delivery of service to client as per the contract and additional commitments.· Continuous Margin Improvement year over year.· Ensuring Service Delivery matures and lives to the promise of ‘Transformational Outsourcing’. · Holding internal delivery teams accountable for their commitments. · Ensuring effective Continuous Improvement and Innovation programs in place for key clients to enhance client experience.· Sustained effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams.· Assist the sales organization with large opportunities in transition to Delivery.· Conducting Governance forums for effective execution of organizational objectives and strategies.Qualifications: Need a leader with proven track record of meeting high client expectations as well as achieving business goals. A self-motivated individual with high energy, attention to details, and excellent communication skills. Should have a demonstrated ability in getting results through matrix based organizations at large and complex services organizations. · 15+ years of total experience in Information Technology Services related to IT Infrastructure Management, Applications services, IT support, and Service Management is required.· 12+ years of experience in managing Infrastructure services delivery to large enterprise clients is required.· 10+ years of managing teams in a Global delivery model is required.· 7+ years of direct client stakeholder management experience is required. Stakeholders include C-Level and other Executives of large Enterprise IT.· Experience in solutions delivery across a range of solutions including but not limited to – End user computing, Network Management, Server and Storage Management, Cloud, Custom and Packaged Applications - is required.· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.· Viewed as an expert in delivery management best practices.· Expert in priority setting and delegation skills working with senior level team members.· Expert in analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.· A 4-year degree of equivalent is required.
