Every other weekend required. Patient ratio of 6:1. Highlights: 13-week travel assignment in a 30-bed Medical/Surgical unit with 24-patient daily census Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams Epic charting system utilized throughout the facility Flexible scheduling with option for 36 or 48 hours per week; facility allows 48 hours at straight time First-time travelers welcome with 2 years of experience preferred 12-hour orientation provided with 4-6 hours of onsite modules during orientation Requirements: Active RN license (New Mexico or Compact license accepted; must be obtained prior to start date) Current BLS certification required 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred Epic charting system experience required Proficiency in core Med/Surg skills including IV management, blood product administration, telemetry monitoring, wound care, and isolation precautions Ability to float within scope to like units as needed Must reside outside 50-mile local radius Why Join Us?
