We’re a leading manufacturer of high-performance microwave cable assemblies, and we’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Woodridge, IL. If you’re passionate about precision engineering and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you. What you’ll do Perform engineering activities related to the development and manufacture of 50‑ohm microwave cable assemblies Create and review technical drawings, including customer-provided specifications and documentation Generate drawing packages, Bills of Materials, and manufacturing routings Develop clear and detailed assembly instructions, as well as design assembly and test fixtures Execute experiments and utilize data to drive decisions Communicate effectively with cross‑functional internal teams and external parties Perform other job‑related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support business needs What you need Mechanical Engineering degree from a 4‑year program (required) 0‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (required) Experience with creating 3D Models of components and assemblies in Autodesk Inventor (plus) Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of multi‑tasking (required) Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) (required) Must have excellent computer skills (Excel, Word) (required) MRP/ERP system experience (plus) Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (required) What we offer Competitive pay and comprehensive health benefits 401(k) with company match and retirement plans Paid time off and flexible work arrangements Professional development and training opportunities Employee wellness programs and assistance resources A collaborative environment working on mission‑critical technology What happens next Apply online through Teledyne’s careers page.
