Endoscopy Clinical Specialist (Kansas City)

We are seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Clinical Specialist (CS) to implement and train Medtronic’s Endoscopy solutions across a regional portfolio. The role requires a valid driver’s license and frequent travel within the region. Responsibilities Demonstrate solid understanding of the clinical application of all products and apply that knowledge to troubleshoot and problem‑solve. Manage regional accounts to drive utilization of reflux and manometry products within the assigned area. Support the regional sales strategy; collaborate with the sales team to achieve business plans and drive product utilization. Lead pre‑sale clinical evaluations and demonstrations to demonstrate clinical value and support lead generation. Collaborate with inside sales to raise awareness and sell service contracts or plans to new and existing customers. Conduct or support local, regional, and national educational courses targeted to physicians, nurses, and medical personnel. Provide support to key decision makers and clinicians throughout the region. Communicate customer feedback, field product performance, and competitive intelligence to Marketing and Sales as required. Participate in and conduct product training for the sales force and newly hired CS team members. Maintain salesforce.com (SFDC) updates regarding installation, in‑service, and training records per corporate guidelines. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Sales Training, Marketing, PACE, Technical Support, and Customer Service. Other duties as assigned by the Director to support the team. Travel overnight by auto or aircraft approximately 75% of the time. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience. Nice to Have Prior adult education and training experience in the gastroenterology‑related field desired. Demonstrated ability to articulate highly technical information to diverse audiences. Experience working in a team setting and a matrixed environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills at all levels. Strong organization and time‑management skills. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues that may occur with Medtronic GI Solutions products.
