Location: Madison, WI
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Schedule: Night Shift | Four 12-hour night shifts per pay period plus two 8-hour PM or Day shifts
Compensation: $28.32 – $42.48 per hour
Bonus: $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
Relocation Assistance: Available (discussed during interview)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join its Medical Imaging team. This role is ideal for a technologist who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment while providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to support exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostic radiographic procedures according to physician orders.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and radiographic positioning techniques.
• Evaluate image quality and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols.
• Assist with minor clerical and administrative duties as needed.
• Float to multiple clinic locations as assigned to provide staffing support.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Active ARRT Certification.
• Active Wisconsin Radiologic Technologist License.
• 0–2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Radiologic Technologist experience.
• Experience using Epic EMR, RIS, and PACS systems.
• Experience working in hospital-based imaging departments.
