Axos Bank Target Range: $80,000.00 /Yr. - $102,000.00 /Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. About This Job We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our Banking Fintech team. In this role, you will work closely with senior product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to build and enhance digital financial products. You will help drive product initiatives that improve customer experience, ensure regulatory compliance, and support scalable growth. Responsibilities Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, compliance, marketing) to deliver high-quality product features Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify user needs Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Support product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and iteration Analyze product performance using data and user feedback to inform decisions Ensure products comply with financial regulations and security standards Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field 1–3+ years of experience in product management, consulting, banking, or fintech Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Basic understanding of financial products (payments, lending, digital banking, etc.) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Preferred Qualifications Experience working in fintech, banking, or financial services Knowledge of APIs, data analytics tools, or SQL Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., KYC, AML) Experience with product management tools (e.g., ADO, Confluence, Figma) Axos Employee Benefits May Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Sick Leave, 3 weeks’ Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year) HSA or FSA account and other voluntary benefits 401(k) Retirement Saving Plan with Employer Match Program and 529 Savings Plan Employee Mortgage Loan Program and free access to an Axos Bank Account with Self-Directed Trading About Axos Born digital-first, Axos delivers financial tools and services that allow individuals, small businesses, and companies to access and manage their money how, when, and where they want.
