Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Psychiatry/Mental Health-NP - Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Outpatient Only) - Clovis, New Mexico (Loan Repayment Eligible Location)

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to work for an out-patient community based clinic setting. The provider would be working collaboratively with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Therapists as part of an interdisciplinary team. Excellent management team and an opportunity to grow within the practice setting.


PRACTICE INFORMATION
• Employed structure offering an ACO Program focused on the alignment of quality of care delivered.
• Outpatient-only model
• Integrated clinic adjacent to the hospital, which offers immediate access between facilities.
• Normal clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Nurse Practitioners in Behavioral Health are averaging 10 to 12 patients per day.
• 2 Dedicated Exam rooms, each BH provider has 2 remodeled designated exam rooms.

FINANCIAL PACKAGE
• Annual base salary of $115,000- 130,000+ commensurate with experience
• Work RVU production bonus; annual threshold of 2,555 work RVU and paid $44.56
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000
• Paid malpractice insurance; claims-made policy with tail coverage
• Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability Insurance
• Retirement plan with contributions up to 5% base salary with matching contributions
• Educational Loan Repayment of $500 a month over a 2-year term, equaling $12,000 overall.
• 6-weeks of paid time off, which includes holidays and sick leave
• One-week of CME with an allowance of $3,000
• $5,000 Signing Bonus
• Loan Repayment Eligibility through the NHSC.
