Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP license in New York (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Pediatric experience, particularly with K–12 and early childhood populations
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEP goals
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students individually and in groups
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for a range of speech, language, communication, and feeding disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth and learning
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Educate and consult with parents and caregivers about strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home
