What You’ll Do

As Sales Manager , you’ll lead and inspire our sales team to deliver exceptional results across sales, operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

You’ll champion a culture of service excellence while ensuring every customer’s needs are met and every process is followed with integrity and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve goals.

• Collaborate with marketing to keep our website and advertising campaigns up to date.

• Oversee vehicle merchandising, lot organization, and accurate pricing.

• Ensure all sales paperwork is complete, compliant, and clearly explained to customers.

• Present financing, insurance, and protection products with transparency and care.

• Appraise trade-ins and support the sales team in closing deals.

• Conduct engaging daily and weekly sales meetings and trainings.

• Promote teamwork and uphold our core values in every interaction.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• 3+ years of F&I experience (required)

• 5+ years of automotive sales experience (required)

• 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred)

• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and an unwavering focus on customer experience

Compensation: $90,000 – $180,000 annually (salary + commission, exempt)
