Schedule: Mon – Thur, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (3-day weekends!) Pay: $60,000 - $65,000/year

• Inventory Management: Track, organize, and order maintenance supplies and tools to ensure zero downtime.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related trade.

• Hands-on skills in basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

• Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee the day-to-day upkeep of our buildings and grounds. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and fully functional environment for our staff and visitors. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical aptitude across multiple trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and lighting.

• General Repairs: Handily troubleshoot and repair minor structural, cosmetic, and mechanical issues (e.g., drywall repair, painting, fixing leaky fixtures, replacing locks).

• Grounds & Safety: Maintain the exterior safety and cleanliness of the property. Ensure emergency systems (fire alarms, exit signs, extinguishers) are fully operational and compliant with local codes.

• Vendor Coordination: Assist in supervising external contractors for major specialized repairs or renovations.

• Inventory Management: Track maintenance supplies, tools, and hardware, ordering replacements before stock runs low.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 10 hours at one time
