Our team lives out these values every day on our projects! What is the role of the Asphalt Plant Division? The Asphalt Plant Division is in the Production Group. At each facility, we unload granite stone, crush recycled asphalt, crush concrete, and produce asphalt. Requirements: What is an Asphalt Plant Equipment Operator? This person gets to operate a variety of equipment including front end loaders, trackhoes, skid steers, and demolition equipment. What you will get to do: Operate equipment at plant facilities including but not limited to loading the plant and crusher, stacking material, and loading trucks. Receive production and job information and then perform accordingly Maintain equipment to keep best of class standard Communicate with team continuously to meet production and quality goals Help with other plant facility tasks Who you are: You have 1-2 years of experience as an operator You live out our core values (Safety, Integrity, Team, and Excellence) You have a driver’s license You are someone that wants an opportunity to learn and grow in the heavy highway construction industry You value showing up to work every day and being on time What is in it for you?
