Overview Job Summary We are seeking an Industrial Painter to manage and maintain our industrial finishing and paint line operations. This role is responsible for ensuring products are coated to specification Core Duties & Responsibilities Prepare, clean, and mask industrial metal surfaces and structural assemblies prior to coating using abrasive blasting, power tools, and chemical solvent cleaning. Mix, match, and apply high-performance protective coatings, primers, and industrial paints using airless sprayers, conventional spray equipment, brushes, and rollers according to precise technical specifications. Inspect finished surfaces for proper mil thickness, adhesion, and coverage while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control protocols.
