responsible for cleaning all resident apartments public areas common areas and work areas and doing laundry for both the residents and the community in a friendly courteous manner in accordance with the companys mission vision and values Responsibilities Clean all resident apartments as directedClean all public areas common areas and work areas as directedComplete community and resident laundry and ironing as assignedMaintain a safe and secure environment for all staff residents and guests following established safety standardsEncourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co workers and other departmentsQualifications Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experienceMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsStrong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needsPossess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees supervisors physicians healthcare professionals residents and their familiesMust pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including physical and TB TestsFor the health and safety of our team members and residents Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate participate in daily screening surveillance testing and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment PPE to prevent the spread
