Altruixis seeking aPharmacy Technician,Behavioral Healthto join ourSpecialty Pharmacy team in Trevose, PA. This is afull-time, onsite position primarily working Monday through Friday,8:30AM 5:00PM,.

TheSpecialtyPharmacy Technician serves as aprimary point of contact forProviders,patients,and internal teams, supporting the coordination ofBehavioral healthmedications and ensuringtimelyaccess to therapy. This roleis responsible forcollaborating with the providersand the patients,maintainingpatient profilesand insuranceworkflows, anddeliveringa high levelof customer service throughout the patient journey.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in afast-paced, detail-oriented, and patient-focused environment, withstrong communicationskills and the ability to manage multiple workflows.

Compensation for this role ranges from $22.00 $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as aprimary point of contactfor assignedfacilities,providersand patients

• Coordinate with internal teams, providers, and payers to supporttimelymedication access

• Maintain open communication with providers to clarify prescriptions and resolve issues

• Track and follow up on pending prescriptions, authorizations, and documentation

• Assistwith medication fulfillment, packaging, and labeling as neededin accordance withstate regulations

• Ensure all documentation is complete,accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements

• Participate in inventory activities andassistwith returns processing when applicable

• Provide high-touch customer service to patients and healthcare providers

• Assistin training new employees and support team members as needed

• Escalate issues or concerns to the Pharmacy Manager promptly

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally

• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GEDrequired

• Active Pennsylvania Board of Pharmacy registration as a Pharmacy Technician

• Previousexperience in apharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare setting

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn pharmacy systems

• Strong communicationand customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience inspecialty pharmacy, prior authorizations, or insurance verification

• Familiarity with specialty medications and patient support workflows

• Experience with pharmacy systems (SuiteRx, Framework,PrimeRx, or similar)

• Basic Microsoft Office skills (WORD, Excel)

• National certification (CPhT) preferred
