If you enjoy helping people by representing clients who are not receiving benefits, experiencing misconduct and mistreatment this litigation paralegal is your next role! The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience as a litigation paralegal drafting discovery responses/propounding, drafting depositions notices and subpoenas. Additionally, communicating with clients answering discovery, preparing and filing various legal documents with the courts. Requirements for this litigation paralegal position: Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program. background in medical field would be a plus! Requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records. Proficient with MS office Suite (Excel) Stable tenure, looking to grow with the firm long term.
