Remote Volunteer Salesforce Developer iLevelUP Programs

Help iLevelUP extend Salesforce responsibly for partnerships, volunteer engagement, program operations, and approved workflows supporting underserved youth and young people. We are seeking a volunteer Salesforce Developer to build maintainable custom functionality and integrations when declarative tools are insufficient. Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and document Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration logicTranslate approved requirements into scalable technical solutionsWrite unit tests, conduct code review, and support sandbox-to-production releasesImprove error handling, security, observability, and performanceIntegrate approved external systems using secure authentication and data-minimization practicesTroubleshoot defects and technical debtCollaborate with Salesforce administrators, data, integration, security, and program teamsFollow platform limits, source control, deployment, and change-management standardsQualifications:Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning, and APIsFamiliarity with Git, Salesforce DX, testing, deployment, security, and integration patternsStrong debugging, documentation, requirements, and remote collaboration skillsPlatform Developer certification or nonprofit/education Salesforce experience is helpfulCommitment to privacy, least privilege, and careful production change controlThis is a remote, recurring volunteer role available within the United States.
