Special Investigation Unit Specialist

Supporting SIU investigators and claim adjusters, the full-time Special Investigation Unit Specialist will assist with complex claims investigations, conduct background and social media checks, and prepare documentation for law enforcement agencies in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Conduct background and social media checks for investigations Provide investigative support to SIU Investigators and Claim Representatives as needed Prepare claim files and documentation for law enforcement and other carriers Required qualifications 1+ years of insurance experience and/or adjuster's license or relevant research field work experience 5+ years of experience with MS Office products Proficient knowledge of insurance claims handling processes Strong organizational and prioritization skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
