Role includes:Oversee our Hypersonic missile production's producibility efforts to meet TSWS goals for affordability and schedule durationCoordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problemsEnsure the manufacturing centers have the resources needed from the program to be successful in meeting both cost and schedule commitmentsDaily and weekly, provide program status briefs to customer and program of manufacturing progress on the floorInterface directly with demand management, program planning, program finance, manufacturing planning manager, and manufacturing finance to ensure the program and manufacturing are in alignment on build requirements from a cost and schedule perspective The information below reflects the standard job description for this position: Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Basic QualificationsExperience on a production program, either on the floor or from a program support perspective or similar combined experienceManufacturing Experience in either previous lead roles, supervision, make planning, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, etc.Program/Project Management and/or Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience or equivalent combined experience Technical experience in low-rate and/or high-rate manufacturingDesired SkillsTechnical experience related to missile, launch vehicle, and/or space vehicle developmentExperience pitching status to senior management and/or customersCross functional coordination in project managementProject Management from inception to completion of a highly complex manufacturing processProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practicePreferred experience in related SMD programsAble to interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Contracts, Procurement, Quality, Administrative, and Management PersonnelAbility to articulate complex technical and programmatic issues to peers, management, and customersPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
