Behavior Technician - ABA Opportunity

Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one ABA services using evidence‑based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families. Collaborate with families and the BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and passion for supporting children with autism. Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations. Important Information Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community‑based locations. All positions start part‑time. Candidate must complete the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course. Candidates should commit to a 6‑month period to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives. Ideal Candidate Experience Education or early childhood development. Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles. After‑school programs or camp counseling. Behavioral or mental health, or social services.
