Family Services Case Manager

We help youth become good citizens and assist their families to resolve their problems and to be supportive of their children. JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking an experienced Family Services Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support families in our community by providing them with resources, advice, and assistance. You will be responsible for connecting families with local services, such as housing assistance, healthcare, and other support services. As a Family Services Case Manager, you will also provide guidance and direction to parents and families in need, helping them find the resources they need to create a better future for their children. If you have a passion for working in the Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice or Social Work field, this is the job for you! JusticeWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The qualified Family Services Case Manager will have: Masters or Bachelors Degree required. Preferred areas of study includesocial work, criminal justice, psychology, or related fieldand a minimum of one (1) year direct care experience or supervised practice in lieu of the experience requirement. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle. Pass current, applicable clearances. Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends. The qualified Family Services Case Manager will receive the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Wellness Program. 401K with company match. The qualified Family Services Case Manager will: Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs. Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches. Maintain a flexible workweek, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet family needs. Schedule and complete intakes within 24 hours of assignment. Provide 24+ hours of face-to-face contact per week to meet family needs. Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
